Re: snacks for cycling
Thu, May 22, 2008 - 4:39 AMI can get taro, plantian etc chips - does this work as well as dried?( can get dried bananas)
I am about to do my first big ride ( 50 to 70 km - never gone over 32 since I was 15, 25 yr gap and now 40!) and worrying that because I cant eat much at cafes( theres a stop, halfway but nothing I can eat except potatoes) that I might not have energy.
Its easier to carry dried bananas, what about boiled potatoes in foil?
